Through my years as a business leader and elected official, I have come to realize the benefits of, as well as the difficulties in utilizing kindness as a strategy to increase sales, productivity and overall happiness. I am starting a new journey where I will be exploring the topic of kindness in depth. What it means in our work, our relationships, and our world.
